At Goals4Sports, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return by contacting our Customer Service team within 7 business days of receiving your order. Simply request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to begin the process.
How Our Returns Work:
- Contact Customer Service to obtain your RA# within 7 business days of delivery.
- Ship the product back to our or the manufacturers warehouse.
- Once received, we will evaluate the product and issue a credit in accordance with our return policies.

Because these products are tailored to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check all custom details before placing your order to ensure accuracy.
No Credit Issued Without Required Documentation
To ensure a smooth return process, no credit will be issued for items returned without the original packing slip and a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please make sure to include both when sending your return to avoid delays or denial of credit.
