Goals4Sports® Refund & Return Policy

Effective date: January 1st 2025

At Goals4Sports®, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make every order right. Please review the policy below for how we handle refunds, returns, and damaged shipments.


1) Damaged or Defective on Delivery

Although not expected, if a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately for instructions:

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s).

Freight deliveries: Please inspect shipments before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and take photos. If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, notify us as soon as possible so we can file a claim with the carrier.


2) Custom / Made-to-Order Products

Custom orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective. If a custom item arrives damaged, follow the steps in Section 1 so we can repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.


3) “Change of Mind” / Order Cancellations After Shipment

If you decide you do not want the order after it has shipped, you (the customer) are responsible for all shipping charges, including:

  • Original outbound shipping (even if it was offered at a discount or “free”),

  • Return shipping back to our warehouse or the manufacturer,

  • Any carrier reconsignment, redelivery, storage, or refusal fees.

Refunds will be issued once the product is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in new, resaleable condition (see Section 4).


4) Return Eligibility for Non-Custom Products (If Approved)

Returns of standard, non-custom products may be accepted at our discretion and must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all parts, hardware, and documentation.

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued by Goals4Sports® prior to shipping the product back.

  • The product is returned in resaleable condition. Items received damaged or not in original condition may be denied or may receive a partial refund.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied if the item is returned due to a change of mind by the customer.


5) How to Request a Return or Refund

Email Info@Goals4Sports.com or call (401) 623-0279 with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return (and photos if damaged/defective)

We’ll provide next steps, including any RMA details and the correct return address.


6) Refund Method & Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your statement (processing times vary by bank/credit card).

Non-refundable amounts typically include:

  • All shipping charges (outbound and return) as outlined in Section 3

  • Any carrier or handling fees incurred due to refusal, redelivery, or reconsignment


7) Exchanges

Where possible, we’re happy to arrange an exchange instead of a refund. Exchange shipping costs will follow the same rules outlined above.


8) Warranty Claims

Some products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty resolution (repair, replacement, or credit) will follow the manufacturer’s terms. Contact us and we’ll help coordinate.


9) Policy Updates

Goals4Sports® reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. The version posted on our website at the time of your request will apply.
