Goals4Sports® Return & Warranty Policy

At Goals4Sports®, we stand behind the quality of our sports equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

●      Phone: (401) 623-0279 Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage.

For Freight Deliveries: You must inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL). If concealed damage is found after the driver leaves, notify us immediately.

For non-custom products, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

●      The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

●      You have received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us.

●      The product is returned in resaleable condition.

Costs & Fees:

●      Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to standard returns to cover inspection and repackaging.

●      Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (original outbound shipping and return shipping), even if the order originally qualified for free shipping.

Custom-branded gear, specialized goals, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

●      Before Shipment: Orders for standard products can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been processed for shipping.

●      After Shipment: Once an order has left the warehouse, it falls under our standard return policy (Section 2).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Many of our products carry manufacturer warranties. If you experience a structural or material failure within the warranty period, contact us, and we will coordinate the repair or replacement with the manufacturer.
