Goals4Sports® Shipping Policy

At Goals4Sports®, we strive to deliver your sports equipment quickly and safely. Because we ship everything from small accessories to large, heavy athletic goals and bleachers, please review our shipping procedures carefully.
1. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- Small Items: Typically shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
- Large/Heavy Items: Shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight carriers.
- Freight deliveries are generally "Curbside Delivery." The driver is only responsible for moving the item to the end of the truck. Customers are responsible for offloading, though lift-gate service may be requested for an additional fee.
2. Processing & Lead Times
- Standard In-Stock Items: Usually ship within 1-3 business days.
- Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Shipping times vary by product. Please refer to the specific product page or your order confirmation for estimated lead times.
- Transit Times: Once shipped, transit typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Please note that larger items delivered via LTL (Less Than Truckload) will require a custom shipping quote unless otherwise specified.
- Free Shipping: Items marked with "Free Shipping" apply to the contiguous United States only. High-cost delivery areas (e.g., remote locations, islands, or restricted access zones) may incur additional surcharges.
4. Freight Delivery Instructions (Critical)
For all freight shipments, the receiver is responsible for the following:
- Inspection: Inspect all packages and pallets in the presence of the driver.
- Count: Verify the number of pieces matches the Bill of Lading (BOL).
- Documentation: Any visible damage to the packaging or shortages MUST be noted on the BOL before signing. Take photos immediately.
- Acceptance: You must accept the shipment even if damage is visible. Refusing a shipment may result in additional storage and redelivery fees.
5. Reporting Damage or Shortages
- Visible Damage/Shortages: Notify the Goals4Sports® Claims Department at Info@Goals4Sports.com within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this window may void your ability to file a claim.
- Concealed Damage: If you discover damage after unpacking, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Damage reported after 24 hours is generally ineligible for replacement or refund as carriers assume the damage occurred after delivery.
6. Address Accuracy & Redirects
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
- Fees for address corrections, re-routing, or redelivery due to customer error or unavailability will be charged to the customer.
- We cannot ship large freight items to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
7. Missing or Stolen Packages
- Goals4Sports® is not responsible for packages stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location or a business address.
8. International Shipping
- Currently, online ordering is limited to the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us for a custom quote. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.
