Receiving Instructions and Terms for Freight Deliveries

To ensure proper handling of your shipment, please follow these important steps when receiving items delivered by truck:

📦 Upon Delivery:

  • Carefully inspect all packages for visible damage

  • Count the total number of pieces and/or pallets

  • Perform this inspection with the carrier present

  • If anything is missing or visibly damaged, note it clearly on the carrier’s bill of lading before signing

Important: You must still accept the shipment, but all damage or shortage must be documented on the delivery receipt.

🕒 Reporting Visible Damage or Missing Items:

  • Notify the Goals4Sports® Claims Department within 24 hours of delivery at Info@Goals4Sports.com

  • Failure to report within this timeframe will release the carrier of all liability, and you may forfeit your ability to seek replacement or compensation

🔍 Concealed Damage:

If you discover damage after unpacking (concealed damage), follow the steps below:

  • Contact our Claims Department at Info@Goals4Sports.com within 24 hours of delivery

  • Concealed damage reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for return or replacement

  • Concealed damage is not covered under factory warranty, and Goals4Sports® is not liable for such claims

🚫 Warranty Notice:

Please note that Visible Damage and Concealed Damage are shipping-related and not classified as Factory Damage. These are not covered by product warranties. Your only recourse in these situations is with the freight carrier responsible for the delivery.

  • All international orders must be prepaid before shipment

  • Heavyweight or oversized items are excluded from flat rate shipping

  • Discount codes and sale prices do not apply to flat rate shipping

  • Standard ground shipping time: 3–7 business days (continental U.S. only)

Note: Sales tax applies to all orders shipping to Rhode Island addresses.

📦 Delivery & Damage Policy

When your order arrives:

  • Inspect all items immediately at the time of delivery

  • Count all boxes or pallets with the delivery driver present

  • Note any visible damage or missing items on the bill of lading

  • Report issues to: Info@Goals4Sports.com within 24 hours

Damage Types:

  • Visible Damage: Seen upon delivery; must be noted immediately

  • Concealed Damage: Discovered after unpacking; still must be reported within 24 hours

  • Please note: Neither damage type is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
