Welcome to Goals4Sports®. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, located at goals4sports.com (the “Site”), and any purchases made through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

- Trademarks: The trademarks, service marks, and trade names of Goals4Sports® are registered trademarks of Goals4Sports®.
- Limited License: You may print or copy portions of this Site solely for the purpose of placing an order or purchasing products. Any other use is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
3) Accounts and Security
If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4) Pricing and Typographical Errors
We strive for accuracy, but errors happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, Goals4Sports® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. We may do this even if the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your payment has been processed, we will issue a full credit to your original payment method.
5) Product Warranty Disclaimer
The Site and the materials and products on this Site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Goals4Sports® does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Goals4Sports® shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this Site or the performance of the products, even if Goals4Sports® has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7) Indemnification

8) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, U.S.A. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Goals4Sports® and you for any purpose concerning these Terms or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Rhode Island.
9) Dispute Resolution
Any claim or cause of action you may have with respect to the Site or products must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.

Goals4Sports® reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site or any part of these Terms without notice at any time, for any reason. Provisions relating to Intellectual Property, Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law shall survive any termination.

Our Site may link to sites operated by third parties. Goals4Sports® has no control over these linked sites, which have separate privacy and data collection practices. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
12) Force Majeure
Goals4Sports® shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargos, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
13) Changes to Terms
Goals4Sports® reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
